Macrame Cord Black, 55m

Triple/3-ply macramé yarn made from 80% recycled cotton and 20% polyester. This strong macramé cord is ideal for tying larger projects such as wall hangings, hanging flower baskets, net tote bags, etc. Macramé is an ancient technique in which you use strong yarn or string to tie different types of knots, which then form different patterns. You can learn how to tie some of these knots with our technique videos. The activity requires almost no tools other than the macramé rope/cord, although it helps to do your knotting projects on a special macramé board/clipboard.

At the end of a project, the ends can be frayed and combed with a comb for a different look.
