Name 5 is a knowledge game covering a wide range of topics - some very specific and others a little more general, this way there is something for everyone. Name 5 is challenging and you have to be able to perform under pressure. You have to try to name five answers within 30 seconds and with this time pressure it can sometimes be quite difficult to complete the cards. The aim of the Name 5 board game is to name five answers within a certain category and be the first to reach the inner circle for a chance to win.

How does the Name 5 board game work?

You draw a card and you and your teammates try to name five things that fit into a category within 30 seconds. When you reach the large circle in the middle of the board, you get the chance to win. You and your team have 90 seconds to name five things in each of the five categories on the cards.

Rules:

- Shuffle the cards and divide them into two piles, placing one pile for each team
- Choose a token to represent your team on the game board
- The team with the youngest player goes first. Roll the die and move your token
- A member of the team draws a card and reads the topic that corresponds to the color of the circle on the game board. That player then turns over the hourglass and the team has 30 seconds to name five things related to that topic. If the team guesses all five answers they go one more time and repeat the above process.
- You may not get more than five turns in a row.
