The Ceratosaurus from the schleich® DINOSAURS theme world was a carnivorous dinosaur that lived about 150 million years ago in the late Jurassic period. The two bumps near the eyes and the large bump on the nose consisted of bone. He used them during battles or to deter rivals. He also had numerous small spiny bones on his back. It owes its name to the many bumps and plates, because Ceratosaurus means horned lizard. Schleich figures are reproduced faithfully and always to scale. All figures are painted by hand. This way the figures always correspond to reality.
