The movable jaw of the Mosasaurus from the schleich® DINOSAURS theme world has lots of pointed teeth. To kill prey animals such as fish and turtles, the dinosaur opened its mouth very wide and then bit down hard. Given the shape of its teeth, it was probably only able to swallow without chewing. Its front and back legs had grown into fins so that it was adapted to its habitat. It also had a large fin at the end of its tail. Schleich figures are true to life and always reproduced to scale. All figures are painted by hand. This way, the figures always correspond to reality.
