Goki Wooden Kalaha

Kalaha is one of the oldest strategy games in the world. This game was already known in a similar form to the ancient Egyptians and the Assyrians. As a result, the game also exists with multiple names such as Mancale or Awale. The aim of the game is to collect as many stones as possible in your own Kalaha pit. It doesn't matter which player starts. This player distributes the contents of one of his pits clockwise, i.e. counterclockwise, on the following pits (his own and that of the opponent), but places only one stone in each pit. One stone is also placed in one's own Kalaha pit, but the opponent's is always skipped. If the last stone ends up in your own Kalaha hole, you may or must play again. If the last stone falls into one's own empty playing hole, one may remove all stones that are exactly in the opposite playing hole of the opponent and place them in one's own Kalaha hole.
