Goki Wooden Game Shut the Box
Dimension:
box unfolded 13.5 x 9 cm
Description
A dice and chance game for 2 or more players. The aim of the game is to close as many or all of the numbers on the playing field as possible. The player who manages to turn over all the numbers is the winner! If no number is closed, these numbers are added together and the player with the fewest points wins.
The rules of Shut The Box are quite simple. The aim of the game is to get as few points as possible, or to knock down all the tiles in the game. A player may score a maximum of 45 negative points. Then the player must leave the game and the other participants continue the game.
The player whose turn it is must place all the boards with numbers upright. He then rolls two dice. Then a result follows from the two stones. This result must be knocked down in planks. It is possible to knock over planks in different ways. For example, when you roll an eight, you can use the following options:
Knocking over one plank of eight;
Flip over a plank of six and a plank of two;
Knock down a board of three and five;
Knock down a board of one and seven
A turn lasts until the active player can no longer make combinations. In that case the turn goes to someone else. When all high boards are out of play, the player may continue to roll one die so that he can also remove the boards of six or lower.
The aim of the game is to place all the boards during the game. In this case the player does not receive any negative points. If the player whose turn it is cannot make any more combinations, the turn is over. He must then add up all the planks. These are negatives. If there are more than 45 negative points, he is out of the game. The one with the fewest negative points wins.
