High-quality linoleum roller with sturdy handle. Thanks to the solid rubber, the roller is ideal for rolling out printing ink for linoleum prints, etc. Roll out thick printing ink in an empty paint tray into a thin, even layer. Then you roll the ink onto a cut-out printing block made of linoleum or rubber
Roll back and forth in different directions, from one edge of the pressure block to the other
Place the paper to be printed on the printing block and then place a piece of paper or cardboard on top for protection. If you don't have a graphics press, you can use the roller as a good alternative for smaller images
Roll back and forth with the linoleum roller on top of the protective paper, changing directions and rolling from one edge of the printing block underneath to the other until the ink is evenly distributed
Remove the protective paper, remove the printed paper from the printing block and let it dry.
Clean the roller in lukewarm water and dry with a paper towel or tea towel.
The advantage of using a solid rubber roller instead of a foam paint roller is that the slightly sticky printing ink deposits on the roller in a thick, even layer, while a foam roller only absorbs some of the ink. So if you want an even and perfect printed image, we recommend using a solid rubber roller
