Decoupage is glue and paint in one. It is suitable for making collages or decorations with napkins (only the top layer), newspaper and magazine clippings, photos and paper. Especially thin paper, such as crepe paper, gives the best results. The decoupage glue is suitable for surfaces such as wood, cardboard, clay, plaster, papier-mâché, etc. Apply a layer of decoupage to the surface and place the napkin on top. Now apply another layer of decoupage to the napkin. Drying time: 30 min. Only suitable for decoration.
